Planning Commission

The Bangor Planning Commission works to shape the city’s growth and development. Comprised of appointed community members, the Planning Commission implements city’s land-use policies and zoning regulations, while also reviewing and approving land development proposals, zoning changes, and subdivision plans. The Planning Commission also engages with the public for feedback on matters related to urban planning and development, ensuring that the city’s growth aligns with the community’s vision and the best interests.

The Planning Commission meets the second (2nd) Thursday of each month at 7PM at Bangor City Hall 257 W Monroe St Bangor, MI 49013.
