📣 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – HOME REHAB PROJECT GRANT 🏡
The City of Bangor will hold a Public Hearing during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on:

📍 257 W Monroe St, Bangor, MI 49013
The purpose of this hearing is to give citizens an opportunity to comment on the City’s proposed application for MSHDA’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding.
The City intends to apply for $400,000 in grant funds to assist low to moderate-income homeowners in making critical repairs and improvements to address health, safety, and energy efficiency needs. No residents will be displaced as a result of this project, and at least 51% of the beneficiaries will be low to moderate-income persons.
